Learners can join an experience only after it's published. Publishing puts the current version live at a link you choose, and you share that link with your hosts and learners.
Publish an experience
In the Content tab, click Publish.
In the Publish dialog, edit the end of the link, after app.makeshapes.com/s/. You can use letters, numbers and dashes.
Caution: You can't change the link after you publish, so choose it carefully.
Click Publish. The Share dialog opens with the link, ready to copy.
Share the link
To find the link again, click Share, next to Preview. Copy the link, and send it to your hosts and learners.

Publish changes
Changes you make after publishing aren't live until you publish them. When there are changes, a Publish changes button appears where Publish was. Click it, then click Yes, publish changes.
Each time you publish, Makeshapes saves a Published backup in version history. It shows the name of the team member who published it, and you can go back to it later.

Why are learners seeing an older version?
Your latest changes haven't been published yet. Click Publish changes to make them live.
Can I try the experience before publishing?
Yes. To run through it yourself, or with simulated participants, click Preview. For more information, see previewing experiences.
