Bring your sessions to life with an avatar!
You can now add a personal touch to your audio introductions and expert tips with avatars! We found that adding a face to the audio voice, like the image on the bottom of Loom videos for instance, helps create a stronger connection with participants.
Set your avatar image and position in the Experience Settings to apply it across the entire experience.
Override the settings for individual audio segments if needed.
Choose from various avatar positions or use the floating-orb styling without uploading an image.

Identifiable experience reports
You now have the option to show participant email addresses in your experience reports, making it easy to connect individual responses with the people who provided them. This can be particularly useful for:
Performance tracking: Connect specific contributions to individual participants for evaluation or training purposes.
Qualitative analysis: Identify trends and patterns in feedback from specific individuals or groups.
Personalized follow-up: Tailor your post-session communication based on individual participant responses.
By default, participant anonymity is turned on in experience settings. To reveal email addresses in your reports, simply turn off participant anonymity. Read more about experience reports and anonymity here.
