Clients are the term we use for your customers. When you create a new client in Makeshapes, it allows you to create custom settings, branding, and analytics for them.
Create a new client
To create a new client, just click on 'Client settings' in your Organisation settings tab. Then click the black button 'Create new client'. Then, just type in the desired name for the client. Great, you are all done!
Managing client settings
Use the dropdown to select the client that you'd like to modify the settings for. By default, all settings from your organisation, they are inheriting.
Watch out: If you are inheriting settings from your organisation, be sure to not have the 'restricted domain' field filled out.
Use custom settings and branding
If you'd like to have custom settings and branding for your client, just select 'custom' under Settings and branding.
Nearly the same settings under My Organisation (including ELP settings) are available, with the caveat of the Privacy Notice field.
If you leave a field as blank, it will not apply to the client but still override from your Organisation settings. For example, if you have a restricted domain filled in for your organisation, but have it blank for the client, there will not be a restricted domain in place.
