As an ELP, you will see additional fields in My Organisation. You can override some of these fields below in 'Client settings' on a per client basis.

Restricted domain

Use this setting if you would like to restrict the email address domain to a single domain. For example, you might put @acme.com as the restricted domain. Note: all domains must start with the @ symbol.

Custom regions

Use this setting if you want to have region-based data for your experiences. For example, you might want groups in Hong Kong, New Zealand, and Australia. Keep in mind, these are not per participant, but per group, and the host selects the region when the start a session.

To input regions, just add a comma per region. For example in the region field, you could write: Hong Kong, New Zealand, Australia

Privacy notice URL

By default, there is no privacy notice to participants or hosts. Based on your policy within your organisation, you may want to provide one. In this field, you can add an URL that you would like and there will be a link at the bottom of the registration page for both hosts and participants.

If you want participants to acknowledge that they read the policy that you have entered, you can check the 'Show acknowledgement checkbox' and it will force participants to check a box on their registration screen.

If you have any questions about anything above, please reach out.
