You might also notice we've upgraded our authentication system to provide a more secure and streamlined login experience. The new system offers better security features and improved user management capabilities.
Introducing Projects for better organisation and collaboration
We've introduced Projects to help your team organise experiences and manage access more effectively. This feature allows you to group related experiences together, making collaboration smoother and more secure.
A new way to organise: Experiences can now be grouped into custom Projects. Ask an admin to create one for your team, which can be personalised with a unique name, colour, and your choice of over 60 icons.
Control permissions with precision: Administrators can assign team members specific roles for each project, such as Editor or Viewer.
Start organising: You can find all current experiences in the default "All access" project, ready for you to move into new projects as your administrator creates them.

Fine-tuned role management for better control
Alongside the improved access controls with projects, we've also introduced a dedicated Analytics role. This role allows users to view organisation-wide analytics without having full editing permissions. All current users will automatically have both Editor and Analytics roles. If you're an admin, you can adjust these permissions in user details as needed.

xAPI integration: Connect Makeshapes to your Learning Record Store (LRS) for comprehensive learning analytics. You can configure Basic or OAuth authentication and track learning activities across your organisation. Learn more.
SFTP integration: We've improved session handling and report delivery to your SFTP servers. You can now schedule analytics reports to be automatically delivered to your configured SFTP location with enhanced reliability. Learn more.
