Edit an experience with your team

Several people can edit an experience at the same time. Here's what you see when a teammate is editing it too.

Written by Cody Iddings

Several people can edit the same experience at the same time, so you can build faster, give each other feedback and share ownership. When someone else is editing the experience, you see their avatar in the editor.

Reordering is locked while others are editing

While anyone else has the experience open, you can't drag items to reorder them. This includes you, if you have it open in another tab, browser or device. Reordering also locks if your tab loses its live connection. The lock stops a teammate's changes from being lost when items move.

While reordering is locked, each item's drag handle shows a lock, and its tooltip reads Reordering locked. When you're the only one editing again, you can reorder as usual.

Edit the email sequence

Only one person can edit the email sequence at a time. If someone else is editing it, click Take over editing to take control. The other person is told that you've taken over.
