You can preview anytime. Preview is a 1:1 mirror of what your participants will see, but the data for the session is not saved in your reporting. We recommend using the preview feature to test out your experience or to train your hosts.

How to access preview

When you are within the editor of any experience, you can click on the button ‘Preview’ on the top right and a new tab will open the experience. You can use this link to share with hosts if you need to. You’ll know that you are looking at a preview experience if you see a dark blue notification at the top with this text: “This is for preview or training experiences only—your data will not be saved.”

You can also manually preview any experience if you append /preview to the end of any experience URL. For example, if you see this URL: https://app.akoako.io/s/acme/abc-def-ghi just add /preview. For example: https://app.akoako.io/s/acme/abc-def-ghi/preview
