Modifying experience settings

If you're an editor or administrator, you can change the settings for your experiences. Here's how:

  1. Select the experience you want to modify.

  2. Click Settings at the top of the page.

You'll see the estimated completion time on the right. This is calculated automatically based on the length of the content in your experience.

What you can change

You can modify the following settings:

  • Name: The name of your experience.

  • Description: A brief description of your experience.

  • Cover image: The image that will be displayed on the experience card.

You can also modify these additional settings:

  • Background audio: The audio that plays in the background during participant registration. We have a few royalty-free options available in the uploader.

  • Audio avatar:Choose whether to display an avatar for audio introductions or expert tips. Learn more here .

  • Participant anonymity:Choose whether to hide email addresses in your experience reports. Learn more about the report data here .

  • Max participants: Set a limit on the number of participants who can join a session. (If the number of participants exceeds the maximum, they will still be allowed to enter.)
