In the organization that runs the experience, administrators, editors and team members with the Analytics role can see learner data in Analytics and in the reports.
Experience reports: Learners' email addresses are linked to their responses only if Hide participant email addresses is turned off in the experience's settings. It's on by default.
Attendance reports: These show learners' names and email addresses, unless the experience doesn't collect email addresses. Then attendance and reporting are anonymized, so responses can't be traced back to a person.
