Hosts can progress forward through an experience, replay parts of a video, pause an experience, or even restarting an entire experience.

Utilising waypoints

  • Quick agenda: On the left hand side of the screen. At a glance, the group can see how many sections they have completed, and their position in the overall experience. Hover over to see more detail.

  • During an activity, the group can look at the dots in the bottom left corner of the screen to see the number of activities completed and remaining in the section of the experience.

    • A green dot with the tick represents a completed activity.

    • A black dot represents the activity currently live.

    • A white dot represents the number of future activities remaining in the section.

Progressing forward

The black "Next Activity" button on the host controls or group view will take the group to the next step. If participants have not completed the activity, the host and group will be notified of the remaining participants. At this stage, we do not support going backwards.

Replay parts of a video

Using a mouse, hovering over the video on the group view will reveal a video progress bar. Here hosts can go back or forward to the desired timestamp.

Pause an experience

We have quick pause over videos and session pause.

  • Quick Pause: Click anywhere on the group view during a video to pause the session, without bringing up the full agenda.

  • Session Pause: Click the pause button on the group view or the host controls to pause the entire session, bringing up the full agenda, manage the session, and access help content. Read more here.

Restarting a session

If the group needs to go back to the beginning, the host can restart the entire experience in the pause menu. This should only be used when necessary and as a last resort.
